One of the key objectives the Thurston High School Alumni Association hopes to achieve is to fund scholarships for graduating seniors. Thus far, we’ve been able to fund a single, $1,000 scholarship annually over the past several years based on the limited fundraising we’ve been able to do since our formation in 2019. In 2022, there were 42 applicants for this single scholarship. We sincerely hope that we will be able to expand the number of annual scholarships in the years ahead.
